Great service great staff!!! They service all my vehicle needs!!!

I took my daughter's care here last week because she had been having some issues with a sound in her front brakes. originally we had been going to another automotive shop, and they replaced her brakes..but we still we're having issues. same noise. so I took it back three times...for them to try and figure out the issue..and they just kept replacing her brakes..and replaced her roters. After that I took it somewhere else to get a second opinion. and That place told me it was her Wheel hubs..and it was going to cost $1600 to replace! I didn't want to pay that..and we left. her car sat for months. luckily during this pandemic it didn't matter since she wasn't going anywhere. so early January, I made a post on my personal page about finding a mechanic to fix the "wheel hub"... because Im thinking it CANT cost $1600... and maybe someone can do it cheaper. but if not..I still wanted a Third opinion. a Friend of mine recommended Old School. Thier receptionist Taylor and I had been corresponding since January about bringing the car in. I'm a small business owner myself..so I was Just able to make time to go on last week. their mechanic Chris was so helpful and thourough! Have you ever been to a company and you just felt that that sincerity?? Well I immediately had a good vibe from Him and them as a company that they weren't going to try and "scam" me or upsale something I didn't need. Anyway, I told Chris what I was told...and after a thourough inspection..he was 100% sure that it wasn't the wheel hub at all!?!?. Wow. so he said he would drive it and then take everything thing apart to see what it Could be. Y'all! Chris went in and found the issue..which has something to do with the mechanics of the Brakes itself. he took everything apart and got to the root! I was so happy!!! and he saved me $1400!! We will be making them out new mechanic Service! we have 5 cars in our household and they have definitely won my trust!! I HIGHLY recommend this company! and so grateful for Taylor and Chris! thank you to my friend for the recommendation!!! my babygirl is now back on the road!

Randall and the whole team are very friendly and take good care of my car. I got an used car with many problems but they fixed it for a very reasonable price. They also gave me many free rides when repairing the car. I would high recommend this shop for general repairs.

I would recommend this Company to everyone. I found their service very efficient and thorough. I had made appt for Oil Change and filter. They were very prompt when I arrived. The receptionist was alert, attentive and polite. The entire area was spotless. The Waiting Room was large, and well laid out, so that there was room for social distancing to meet COVID guidelines. I was extremely pleased to also see not only the customers wearing masks, but all of the employees as well. All areas were well lit, and parking was paved and located close to business. I was impressed that not only did they do my oil change, they gave my vehicle a once over, checking brakes, tires etc. They then identified potential future needs and gave me a quote for each item. I felt that had my safety as well as the vehicle in mind. That was very reassuring and let me know that I was more than just an oil change. They have my business, and as many people that I can refer. A very Happy and Satisfied Customer. See you guys again.
